What we handle
- Roof repairs — missing or cracked shingles, flashing failures and single-leak fixes with matched materials.
- Asphalt shingle re-roofs — full tear-off, deck inspection and repairs, synthetic underlayment, architectural shingles, new flashings and vents.
- Tile underlayment relays — lift the tile, replace the underlayment and flashings, re-set the tile.
- Flat and low-slope systems — TPO and torch-down for garages, additions and flat sections, with proper drainage detailing.
Why we tear off instead of layering over
A layover roof hides the deck — and you cannot fix wood you never see. We tear off to the sheathing, inspect and replace any soft or termite-touched decking, then build the waterproof layer fresh: new drip edge, synthetic underlayment, ice-and-water membrane in valleys, and new flashings at every wall and chimney. Ventilation gets corrected too, which runs attics cooler and extends the shingles’ own life.
Clean, respectful, on schedule
Tear-off is loud for a day or two — we plan around it, protect landscaping, and roll magnetic sweepers over the driveway and lawn every evening to pull dropped nails. You finish with a permit sign-off, a registered shingle warranty, and photos of the deck repairs you paid for but can no longer see.
