The install is everything
Cheap turf over dirt wrinkles, drains badly and dies fast. We demo the old lawn, grade and compact a draining base, seam and secure quality multi-tone turf, and infill it properly. For dogs we spec fully permeable backing and antimicrobial infill; for play areas we add foam padding for fall protection. And every install gets real drainage planning, because turf sheds water differently than soil.
